Rhaphiolepis X Delacourii Snowcap Corleyscourii

Rhaphiolepis (raf-ee-oh-LEP-iss del-ah-KOR-eye)

Family: Rosaceae Unknown Shrub (3-15 ft)

Snowcap® Indian-Hawthorn is a hybrid evergreen shrub that has showy clusters of white flowers in the spring and its leaves turn an attractive burgundy color in the fall and winter. Plant in the full sun to partial shade. It is an easy to grow low-maintenance shrub that, once established, will be drought tolerant. With a compact, dome-shaped mounding habit that works well in a shrub border, mass planted as a hedge or screen. This cultivar is resistant to Entomosporium leaf spot but, like others in this genus, is frequently browsed by deer. More information on Rhaphiolepis x delacourii .
