AM-PM sun Space 4-6", varies with tuber weight and whether split or planted whole - cover 3" Organ: Tuber Hardiness: tender II - injured below 50 degrees (7.5 cm). Grows well in zones 9-10; annual in colder climates. Store tubers dry at 63 degrees F (13 degrees C), dormancy broken after storage at 3 degrees C for 100 days, do not allow tubers to dry out. Store in chiller in poly bins with lids between layers of newspapers.
